What does a standard clean include?
There is no basic tier. Every visit includes a full interior clean, the inside of cabinets, oven and fridge, AC vents and grilles, interior windows, beds stripped and remade, kitchen and bathrooms sanitised with fresh towels, floors vacuumed and mopped, the terrace or balcony tidied, and a final walkthrough.
How is the price set?
When you book, you see the starting price for your property type. Because every home is different, we confirm the final price after we've seen the property, before your clean is confirmed — if you don't accept it, you pay nothing.
Do you use natural products?
Yes, wherever possible. We prefer natural cleaning products, which are kinder to you, your children, your pets and our team.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many of our clients live abroad. Your cleaner checks in on arrival and you receive photos of the finished rooms.
Do you clean holiday rentals between guests?
Yes. Same-day turnaround between check-out and check-in is included, with beds remade and fresh towels. A rush turnaround is available as an extra.
Is the outside of the property included?
The standard clean covers the interior, and the terrace or balcony is tidied. A full clean of terraces, balconies, gardens, outdoor furniture and exterior windows is available as an extra.
Do you offer ironing, or curtain, sofa and rug washing?
Yes, as extras: ironing, curtain, sofa and cushion cover washing, and carpet or rug deep cleaning are quoted separately on request.
Can you wash and change the bed linen?
Yes, as an extra, when a dryer is available at the property.
