Accessibility statement
Last updated: October 20, 2026
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to find out about our services and book a clean, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we've done
Pages use a clear heading structure and work with a keyboard, with a link to skip straight to the content. Every photo has a text description. Text and buttons are designed for readable contrast. Motion is subtle and switches off automatically if your device is set to reduce motion. The site is available in English and Spanish and adapts to screen size and zoom.
Known limitations
This statement is based on our own review, not an independent audit, and some parts of the booking and account pages may not yet meet every guideline.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this website doesn't work for you, please contact us through the contact details published on this website and we'll help you book in another way and fix the problem.
Legal context
As a micro-enterprise, we are exempt from the service obligations of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882, transposed in Spain by Law 11/2023). We follow its principles anyway.
