Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Lavanda Prestige Cleaning. You can contact us through the contact details published on this website.
What we collect
When you book or create an account: your name, email address, phone number, the address to be cleaned and any access notes you choose to give. Your password is never stored, only a secure hash of it. When a visit takes place: the cleaner's check-in and check-out times and photos of the finished rooms. When you use the website: technical data such as your IP address, used for security and to block abuse.
Why, and on what legal basis
To provide the cleaning service you book (performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); to issue and keep invoices (legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c)); and to keep the website secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
Account and booking data are kept while your account exists. Invoices are kept for as long as Spanish tax and commercial law requires, even after an account is deleted.
Who processes it for us
Our website and database are hosted by Vercel and Neon on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Where a provider is established outside the European Union, transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, restrict, object to the processing of, and take a copy of your data. Logged-in customers can download or delete their data themselves from the privacy page of their account. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (www.aepd.es).
